Hungarian pork paprikash stew

- Pork — to buy700 g
- Onion — to buy300 g
- Paprika — to buy2 tbsp
- Bell pepper — to buy1
- Tomato — to buy1
- Stock — to buy200 ml
- Cream — to buy150 ml
Preparation
Cut the pork into 3 cm cubes and finely slice the onion.
Heat a little oil in a pot and sweat the onion for 10 minutes over low heat until very soft.
Take the pot off the heat, add the paprika and stir quickly so it doesn't burn.
Put back on the heat, add the meat and brown for 5 minutes, then add the diced pepper and tomato.
Pour in the stock, season with salt, cover and simmer for 1 hour over low heat until the meat is tender.
Take off the heat, stir in the cream little by little so it doesn't split.
Serve with fresh noodles or mashed potatoes.
