  • Garlic — to buy3 cloves
  • Butter — to buy40 g
  • Thyme — to buy2 sprigs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  2. Rub the chicken with butter, garlic and thyme, tuck the lemon inside.

  3. Roast for 1 hour, basting regularly.
