Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a tin with the pastry.

  2. Spread the bacon bits over the base.

  3. Beat the eggs with the milk and cheese, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour over the bacon and bake for 35 minutes.
