Preparation

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and cook the green beans, then let cool.

  2. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the eggs in half.

  3. Arrange all the ingredients on a platter, add the anchovies and olives.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
