- Chicken — to buy2 filets

- Cumin — to buy1 tsp
- Chipotle pepper — to buy1
- Tortilla — to buy8
- Red onion — to buy1
- Fresh cilantro — to buy1 bunch
- Cheese — to buy80g
Preparation
Cut the chicken into thin, even strips and marinate it for 10 minutes in a bowl with the lime juice, cumin and crumbled chipotle pepper, stirring to coat evenly.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a very hot pan over high heat and brown the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring regularly, until nicely coloured outside and cooked through (no pink in the centre).
Warm the tortillas for a few seconds on each side in a dry pan, until pliable and lightly marked (otherwise they crack when folded).
Fill each tortilla with hot chicken, sliced red onion, fresh cilantro and a little cheese.
Serve immediately with a lime wedge to squeeze over.
