- Rice — to buy300 g
- Cucumber — to buy1
- Carrot — to buy2
- Spinach — to buy200 g
- Sliced beef — to buy300 g
- Egg — to buy4
- Soy sauce — to buy2 tbsp
- Korean chili paste (gochujang) — to buy2 tbsp
Preparation
Cook the white rice according to the package instructions and keep it warm.
Cut the cucumber and carrots into thin strips, then stir-fry them separately for 2 minutes in a little oil.
Blanch the spinach for 1 minute in boiling water, drain and season with sesame oil and salt.
Stir-fry the sliced beef, marinated in soy sauce, garlic and sugar, in a very hot pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
Fry the eggs sunny-side up, keeping the yolk runny.
Divide the rice among four bowls, then arrange the vegetables and beef in separate piles around it.
Place a fried egg in the centre of each bowl and add a spoonful of chili paste.
Mix everything well at the table before eating, so the egg yolk binds it all together.
