- Kidney beans — to buy400 g
- Tomato — to buy4
- Onion — to buy1
- Garlic — to buy2 cloves
- Cumin — to buy1 tbsp
- Chili pepper — to buy1
Preparation
Sauté the onion and garlic, then add the ground beef and brown it.
Add the cumin and sliced chili, stir well.
Add the tomatoes and kidney beans, simmer for 25 minutes.
Serve with rice or bread.
