- Flour — to buy250 g
- Egg — to buy3
- Milk — to buy500 ml
- Butter — to buy30 g
- Sugar — to buy1 tbsp
Preparation
Mix the flour and sugar, make a well and crack the eggs into the centre.
Pour in the milk little by little, whisking to avoid lumps.
Add the melted butter and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Cook each crêpe for 1 to 2 minutes per side in a hot, buttered pan.
