- Onion — to buy1
- Garlic — to buy2 cloves
- Palm oil — to buy2 tbsp
- Feuilles de manioc pilées — to buy400 g
- Stock — to buy200 ml
- Peanut paste — to buy100 g
- Rice — to buy300 g
Preparation
Cook the onion and garlic in palm oil until soft.
Add the pounded cassava leaves and a little broth, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the peanut paste diluted in a little hot water, mix well to bind the dish.
Continue cooking 15 minutes on low heat, until you get a soft, creamy texture.
Serve hot as a side to rice, funge or grilled fish.
