  • Baking powderto buy1 tsp
  • Honeyto buy1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale.

  2. Add the flour, baking powder and honey, then the warm melted butter.

  3. Let the batter rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

  4. Fill the moulds three-quarters full and bake for 10 minutes at 220 °C.
