Grilled corn with cumin butter

- Corn — to buy4 ears
- Butter — to buy30 g
- Cumin — to buy1 tsp
- Salt — to buy1 pincée
- Lime — to buy1
Preparation
Husk the corn cobs and rinse them.
Boil them in salted water for 8-10 minutes until the kernels are tender, then drain.
Heat a grill pan or barbecue over high heat.
Grill the cobs for 5-6 minutes, turning regularly, until they're marked and lightly golden in places.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small pan with the cumin, and let it infuse for 1 minute over very low heat.
Brush the grilled cobs with the cumin butter, squeeze lime juice over them and season lightly with salt.
Serve immediately, piping hot: a very popular street snack in Somalia.
