- Chicken — to buy2 thighs
- Chorizo — to buy150 g
- Shrimp — to buy200 g
- Bell pepper — to buy1
- Stock — to buy750 ml
- Saffron — to buy1 pinch
Preparation
Brown the chicken and chorizo in a large pan.
Add the sliced pepper, then the rice and stir to coat well.
Pour in the hot stock with the saffron, cook for 20 minutes without stirring.
Add the shrimp 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
