- Flour — to buy200 g
- Egg — to buy2
- Milk — to buy250 ml
- Butter — to buy30 g
- Baking powder — to buy1 tbsp
- Maple syrup — to buyto taste
Preparation
Mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the eggs, milk and melted butter, whisk into a smooth batter.
Pour a ladleful per pancake into a hot, buttered pan, cook for 2 minutes per side.
Serve hot with maple syrup.
