Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter, whisk into a smooth batter.

  3. Pour a ladleful per pancake into a hot, buttered pan, cook for 2 minutes per side.

  4. Serve hot with maple syrup.
