- Pizza dough — to buy1
- Tomato — to buy3
- Mozzarella — to buy125 g
- Basil — to buya few leaves
- Olive oil — to buy1 tbsp
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 240 °C with the tray inside.
Roll out the dough, cover with crushed tomatoes and a drizzle of oil.
Add the mozzarella in pieces and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add fresh basil as soon as it comes out of the oven.
