  • Tomatoto buy3
  • Mozzarellato buy125 g
  • Basilto buya few leaves
  • Olive oilto buy1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 240 °C with the tray inside.

  2. Roll out the dough, cover with crushed tomatoes and a drizzle of oil.

  3. Add the mozzarella in pieces and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

  4. Add fresh basil as soon as it comes out of the oven.
