- Chicken — to buy2 breasts
- Soy sauce — to buy4 tbsp
- Honey — to buy2 tbsp
- Ginger — to buy1 piece
- Rice — to buy150 g
Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces and brown it in a pan.
Mix the soy sauce, honey and grated ginger.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it reduce for 5 minutes over high heat.
Serve with steamed rice.
