- Flour — to buy30 g
- Milk — to buy500 ml
Preparation
Melt the butter over low heat.
Add the flour all at once and stir into a paste.
Pour in the milk little by little, whisking to avoid lumps.
Let it thicken for 5 minutes while stirring, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
