Ingredients

- Chicken — to buy600 g
- Peanut paste — to buy200 g
- Onion — to buy1
- Garlic — to buy2 cloves
- Tomato — to buy2
- Chili pepper — to buy1
- Bouillon cube — to buy1
Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces and brown it 6 minutes in a hot pot with a splash of oil, then set aside.
Sauté the sliced onion and garlic in the same pot for 3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the diced tomato and let it stew 5 minutes.
Dilute the peanut paste in 600 ml of hot water, whisking to avoid lumps, pour into the pot with the stock cube and the chili.
Put the chicken back in, bring to a light boil then simmer covered for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
Check the chicken is tender and the sauce has thickened, adjust the salt and serve hot with rice.
