- Olives — to buy100 g
- Onion — to buy1
- Ginger — to buy1 piece
- Cumin — to buy1 tsp
Preparation
Brown the chicken with the sliced onion and ginger.
Add the cumin, lemon wedges and a little water.
Simmer covered for 35 minutes, add the olives at the end of cooking.
Serve with couscous.
