- Butter — to buy125 g
- Sugar — to buy100 g
- Vanilla pod — to buy1 tsp
- Flour — to buy200 g
- Cornstarch — to buy30 g
- Chocolate — to buy250 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tray with parchment paper.
Beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy, then add the vanilla extract.
Fold in the sifted flour and cornstarch to form a soft dough.
Roll the dough out thinly between two sheets of parchment and cut into 3 x 6 cm rectangles.
Place them on the tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden at the edges, then let cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and spread melted chocolate over half of the biscuits.
Sandwich with a second biscuit, then coat the whole outside with melted chocolate using a fork.
Place on a rack and let the chocolate set in the fridge before eating.
